CANCELLATION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• No cancellation charge applies prior to 18:00 (local time) on the day of arrival.
• If cancelled after this or in the event of a no-show at the hotel, the first night is charged.
• Cancellation policies may vary depending on the rate and dates of your reservation.
• Some offers for certain arrival dates or rates may have special conditions, and require a deposit or might be not refundable.
• Reservation for more than 5 days’ stay will be cosidered valid after the payment of deposit amount.

PAYMENT AND BILLING CURRENCY

• The rates shown include VAT.
• The rates do not include the city tax: 4% of the net rate.
• All reservations must be guaranteed with a valid credit card. The credit card will be used for guarantee only and will not be charged before arrival.
• You can pay your accommodation by credit card or by cash in Euro or in Hungarian Forint. The reference price in Euro booked for your reservation will be invoiced in Hungarian Forint (HUF) at the exchange rate published one day before the registration/arrival.
• Accepted credit card types: VISA, MASTERCARD

CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT TIME

• Check-in time: after 15.00 hour (3 PM) - Check-out time: until 11.00 hour (11 AM)
• In order to organise better your welcome, we kindly ask you to communicate us your estimated check-in time.
• If you would prefer a later check-out than shown below please contact the Reception staff. In event of a later check-out without previous permission from the Reception, the Hotel will charge a penalty of € 25 per hour, and after three-hour delay an extra night will be charged.
• Guests checking out can enjoy our luggage-store service for free, but cannot enjoy any further complimentary offers in the hotel.
