Strict hygiene protocols - Special care after Covid-19
Maintaining strict hygiene standards do not have to be an additional stress factor in your travel experience! After the outbreak of Covid-19, we adapted some more individual, household and community measures to reduce any public health risks.
Reception desk:
- Disinfected key-cards
- Consider to communicate us your estimated check-in time in order to organize better your welcome, and let to our staff be faster at check-in.
- Face mask and hand sanitizer are available at the front desk
Housekeeping:
- Cleaning ladies wash their hands and use sanitizers several times per day and after dealing with any guest room before moving on to take care another one
- Guest rooms are cleaned while airing the room, sanitizing frequently touched surfaces such us light switches, door handles, TV remote controls
- All linen is disinfected at high temperature
- We won’t disturb with daily housekeeping when you doesn’t want
Lobby and public areas:
- Sanitizer stations are available in different points
- Hotel areas are regularly cleaned and ventilated
- Newspapers and magazines are currently not available
- Tables, elevator buttons, high-touch points in general are disinfected on a regular basis
- Elevator use is advised to share with less people, consider to take the stairs
- Different food stations and a variety of dishes prevent queues, no gatherings asked
- We ask to sanitize your hands at the entrance of the breakfast room
