Had great stay at this hotel! The rooms were comfortable and clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Walking distances from everything, but also easy access to the metro. Several good restaurants in the area. Would stay here again!

"Wonderful three night stay"

My partner and I just returned from a three night stay at this hotel.
Generally when travelling I favour five star hotels but in this case we decided to take a chance. The main attraction for us was the price as we booked the trip roughly one week before we left and got a very cheap deal, we figured that we would simply use it as a base to explore the city which we had been told was spectacular.

On arriving at the hotel we were rather pleased, the building is just off a side street behind one of the large squares in the city. The location really couldn't be better as the river and main streets are 5-10 minutes walk away. There are lots of shops and cafe's around as well as a Tesco express 5 minutes away....

Stayed here 19 Dec 2014 for a couple of nights with my girlfriend as a base to explore Budapest at Xmas. Very central - near a major station. Hotel is quite nice. Clean. Free wifi. Good shower/bathroom. Bed was comfy. No complaints. Wouldnt be a wow factor hotel - but definitely quite nice! Enjoyed. Would go back. Great value for money too when we went, you'd pay double price in London for less quality. Hope this helps someone!

Stayed here in December for 3 nights when visiting the Christmas Markets with my 2 sisters. This is a beautiful hotel in an excellent location - we were able to walk to many of the cities attractions, including the Christmas Markets and Indoor Market. Our room was very clean and comfortable, the bar area is very modern and chic, breakfast was very good - with a mix of cooked, continental, fruits, pancakes etc. The only quibble is that they do not have regular tea, (i.e. English Breakfast) so if this is the only tea you drink then bring your own teabags - this wasn't a problem for me as I drink mostly green and herbal teas but was a slight problem for one of my sisters. However what really sets this hotel apart are the staff - friendly, welcoming and helpful. Highly recommended.
